Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → SiteSnap → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
On Android, open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SiteSnap → Cancel subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If you subscribed on the web, open the app, go to Account and tap Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or change your plan.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Account, tap Security & my data, then Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, all your projects and all your photos. The action is irreversible — once confirmed, your data cannot be restored.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. When you delete, the app offers to open the App Store or Google Play so you can cancel there. We can't cancel a store subscription for you — so if you skip that step it stays yours to do, and once the account is gone you won't be able to sign in to stop it.
If you subscribed on the web, the app takes you to cancel before it will let you delete, so there's nothing separate to remember.
If you can't sign in to do this yourself, email us at sitesnappro@gmail.com from the email address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
How do I download my photos?
Open the app, go to Account, tap Security & my data, then Download all my photos. We'll bundle your photos into a single ZIP file you can save to your device, cloud storage, or email to yourself. Large libraries may take a couple of minutes to package — leave the app open while it builds.
If any photos can't be downloaded, the ZIP includes a README.txt listing exactly which ones are missing, and summary.csv marks them. If you're exporting before deleting your account, check for that file first.
You can also share individual photos or full project reports as branded PDFs from any project page using the share buttons.
